About Me
Meet Mexico
At the age of about thirty, I became intrigued with Mexico, my country of birth (which I left at age 2). After exploring as much of the country as I could, I realized how diverse Mexico was. From its cuisine to its traditions, to its natural wonders, each state had something different to offer. In Mexico, one can go from being a bohemian traveler staying in rustic mountainous cabins one day to indulging in luxurious hotels and resorts the next. There is something for everyone.
Thirty somewhat years later, I remain as fascinated with Mexico and continue to visit new terrains and experience new adventures. Fortunately, my husband shares my passion, and five years ago we bought our vacation/retirement home in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, where the fiestas are countless and the neighboring vineyards a delight.
My hope is to inspire you to discover all the facets of Mexico and show you how easy it is to quench one's wanderlust in this one magnificent country alone!
